These Shop Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through the IronBark DogPark online store.
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

These Terms apply to all customers who purchase from our online store. We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing changes on this page.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have permission from a parent/guardian), and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product
  • colours may differ depending on your screen/device
  • product details may be updated without notice

If you need help selecting the right product, please contact us before ordering.

4. Pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where applicable, pricing includes GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid.

5. Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order request, but it does not guarantee acceptance until payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:

  • a product is unavailable or out of stock
  • there is a pricing or listing error
  • fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
  • the delivery address cannot be validated

6. Payment (Stripe)

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our website.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship via Australia Post (and/or Australia Post delivery partners). Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

8. Click & Collect (if available)

If Click & Collect is offered at checkout, collection instructions and timeframes will be provided after purchase. Please bring proof of purchase (and photo ID if requested) when collecting your order.

9. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

For change-of-mind returns (if offered), eligibility may depend on the item type and condition. Unless required under the ACL, change-of-mind returns may not apply to items such as:

  • opened or used products
  • items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
  • customised or made-to-order goods
  • sale/clearance items (where stated)

If you believe your order is eligible for return, please contact us with your order number and details.

10. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, it may not be able to be cancelled.

Please note: any separate “Cancellation Policy” relating to bookings or services does not override these shop Terms.

11. Faulty or damaged goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We may request additional information to help assess the claim and arrange the appropriate remedy under ACL.

12. Discounts, promotions and gift cards

Discount codes and promotions may be offered from time to time. Unless stated otherwise:

  • only one code may be used per order
  • discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed
  • discounts do not apply to shipping unless clearly stated

Gift cards or store credit (if offered) may have their own terms, including expiry and redemption rules.

13. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and restricting access to your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

14. Reviews and user content

If reviews are enabled, you agree that any content you submit is accurate, respectful, and not misleading. We may remove reviews or content that is inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, spam, or irrelevant.

15. Stock availability and supply

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, restrict purchases, or discontinue products without notice.

16. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or delays caused by events outside our control (such as carrier disruptions).

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

17. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing or creating an account, you acknowledge that your personal information will be collected and used to process orders, arrange shipping, and provide customer support.
