1. Shipping carrier

We ship orders using Australia Post and/or Australia Post delivery partners where applicable. Shipping methods offered at checkout may vary depending on your location and the items in your cart.

2. Order processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During busy periods (sales, holidays, promotions) processing may take a little longer.

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

3. Estimated delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Australia Post delivery speeds vary by destination.

  • Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: approximately 5–10 business days

If an express shipping option is available at checkout, estimated delivery times may be faster.

4. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight/size, and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before payment is completed.

5. Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers where the selected shipping method supports it.

If you enter a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, available shipping options may be limited to Australia Post services.

7. Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, including:

  • street number and street name
  • suburb
  • state
  • postcode
  • unit/apartment number (if applicable)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee before the order can be sent again.

8. Delivery attempts and missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address, Australia Post may:

  • leave the parcel in a safe place (if eligible), or
  • take the parcel to a local Australia Post outlet for collection.

If your parcel is taken to an Australia Post outlet, it must be collected within the timeframe set by Australia Post before it is returned to sender.

9. Delivery delays

While we do our best to dispatch quickly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • weather events
  • public holidays
  • peak periods and high parcel volumes
  • service interruptions or network delays

If your parcel appears delayed, please check tracking first. If you need help, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

10. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some deliveries may be eligible for Authority to Leave (ATL). If ATL is used, Australia Post may leave your parcel at your address without a signature if they deem it safe to do so.

Please note: once a parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post, responsibility may transfer to the recipient, particularly where ATL has been applied.

11. Damaged parcels or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the parcel and packaging (if damaged)
  • photos of the affected item(s)

We may need this information to assist with a claim or investigation with Australia Post.

12. International shipping

At this time, we may only ship within Australia unless international shipping is offered at checkout. If international shipping becomes available, timeframes and costs will be displayed during checkout.
